I ordered a tv table and had notification of delivery. It then didn’t arrive. I was kept on hold for a long time when I rang. I was told they had no control over the courier and to persevere (I had asked for delivery in my school holiday as a teacher). When I said that they would lose customers I was told ‘never mind’. Later on after my phone call I was then told that my delivery was lost and offered a refund! Expected delivery was then 13 weeks ago! I won’t bother now sadly.
