We ordered 3 items which looked great on the website; 2 chests of drawers and a coffee table. The chests were of a poor quality with the drawers drooping a lot and gaps far larger than the website picture. The coffee table was cracked badly in 3 places.
Roseland did offer a refund right away and gave instructions for the items to be collected. However they didn't give any advance notice like they said they would. The driver knocked on the window interrupting an important work meeting, was rude, did not wear a mask, and regularly approached within half a meter.
Very poor service and quality, sadly.
