Lovely item. Well packed. I was given a time frame for delivery but unbeknown to me the item was delivered an hour beforehand when I was out and left with a neighbour. No card was left through the door to advise me of this. It wasnt until the evening that my neighbour brought it round. I had been tracking the parcel all afternoon and it was telling me it was still out for delivery.
