Have given 4 stars as have bought from Rosalind before and very pleased at the quality of the furniture. Unfortunately this time we are still awaiting delivery although told on the 9th Nov that the item would be with us shortly, ordered on the 3rd. Maybe change your courier as I object to paying £30.00 delivery charges for something that takes this long
