I was very impressed by the speed of the delivery and I cannot fault the way the bookcase was so carefully packaged. It needed to be - because as I have already mentioned in emails the service provided by the delivery company was atrocious with the bookcase left outside of my garage overnight! The delivery driver did not knock the door or put any notification through the letter box - unbelievable! I do hope this has been formally reported back to the delivery company because I do believe they let Roseland down too. I am very pleased with the bookcase - it is a neat piece of furniture.
