Lovely piece of furniture( I ordered the extra large chest of drawers) for the price, though was VERY unimpressed by delivery. Was told that it was not possible to arrange a day suitable for delivery, but that the couriers would let me know on the morning of the day they were delivering, and that they would attempt to deliver the item 3 times on consecutive days before returning it to Roseland. I received a text at 11am to say that they would be delivering that day. I was already at work, but thought as they would return the next day, that I could arrange for someone to be in. I arrived home from work to find the item left on the front garden, in the rain. Luckily I got home earlier than normal, and the item wasn't in the rain for too long, so the rain hadn't penetrated the packaging. If I'm honest, the lack of control over the delivery puts me off ordering more items, which I would otherwise buy. I had to apply another layer of wax, and some candle wax under the drawers so they would run smoothly, but otherwise very pleased with the chest of drawers.
