I’m very unhappy regarding the delivery and condition of the bookcase. Both time the package was damaged and not handled with care. At the first delivery, the bookcase had major damages, here I’d like to thank Roseland for providing a new bookcase, though during delivery the package was again damaged. Luckily the bookcase had only a minor issue, back wall was missing 4 staples, which I could fix myself.
Overall, I’m not happy by the overall service which I had expected to be much better. The new bookcase is nice though.
