we spotted this item online, wasnt available, some time later received an email to say it was available, paid for it to be told it wasnt available. 6 weeks later spotted online that it was in stock, rang Roseland who then confirmed they would send it. 10 days later it arrived, poorly made, broken and covered in paint that was dripped over our path and needed hosing down. We were offered £20 discount to keep the broken furniture, opted instead for an exchange that we are told will take a few more weeks. now we are asked for a review!
