Had a blanket box delivered damaged so asked for a replacement to be sent out Which was done, was not notified of the collection of the damaged one a courier just arrived. Then the next day he returned with the new one also damaged with only 2 hours notice of arrival. Good job my wife was not at work on both occasions. Long wait to speak to a customer advisor with not a sorry in sight Babbled the company policy of £30 discount, replacement or a refund. Went for the refund only get one chance to correct a problem. Poor customer service!
