Communication is poor. The order was placed, but not confirmed for 2 days.
No advice as to when delivery would be made when the order was confirmed. Advised that the delivery company would be in touch. Received an email from the delivery company just before 8 in the morning to say they were delivering that day, so no opportunity to arrange for someone to be home.
Communication needs improvement!
