A first order successfully delivered was followed up by repeated deliveries of broken and unusable furniture. Accidents happen, but the logistics management at Roseland was not good when things went wrong. Collections of broken furniture without the replacement being brought, and then repeated emails and 'phone calls to arrange a replacement were a hassle. To add insult to injury I was given a discount of £20 for my troubles, only to find out that this discount was being given to all customers that made a repeat order. Very disappointing, and loads of hassle. I won't be ordering from Roseland again.
