Furniture is excellent. Delivery service, tracking and notification of delivery non existent.
No contact number for the company.
Email replies only which take 5 days.
Delivery firm that don’t text or let you know when they are arriving or even till you a day (despite email confirmation saying that you will be told in advance).
Furniture is excellent quality but the customer service replies AND delivery information leave a lot to be desired.
