Wrong item delivered not seen the correct item yet looking at a box in my living room. Emailed customer services who seem to send out one email a day max.
Firstly they didn't believe the wrong item had been delivered even though I stated it had, and sent a photo of the box clearly displaying the product. On the fifth day they asked for more photos and then realised the error.
Now I have to wait a further 6 to 8 working days for pick up and delivery. I still can't review the item hopefully it's better than service delivery and service recovery at Roseland.
