Roseland Furniture were helpful when our delivery was delayed - good customer service both then, and when selecting our chosen item. The furniture - or, at least, the piece we had - is good quality, but you do get what you pay for. Our wardrobe arrived with wet packaging, and water staining on the back (see attached images). Fortunately, a bit of diy more or less sorted the problem out.
