I received two damaged dressing tables in succession - each with quality inspection stickers on them. I also got told the other item (chest of drawers) would be delayed due to a warehouse fire, so ended up with nothing for the time being. It's a shame as the customer service was prompt and polite. It worries me that a partial refund option is offered as routine for damaged goods - it must be quite common and part of the business model.
