Cupboard fine but appalling delivery and customer service. Heavy cupboard left in communal doorway not even left at my flat door 25m away. Driver said your parcel is downstairs so obviously bolting before he has to carry it upstairs. Lucky I don’t live on a higher floor as would never managed to get the heavy object upstairs. I complained to customer services as appalled. During Covid restrictions not allowed. Thank heavens John Lewis didn’t do the same with a fridge freezer. Very annoyed that I was left to struggle in my own. Will go to Cotswolds &co for the other cupboard I want to buy. This company not recommended
