I ordered two products. On both, communication wasn’t great. I ended up cancelling the first order and a replacement was sourced from a competitor and received within three days.
The second was delayed through distributor issues but not well communicated to me as the customer.
The second product(an accent chair) arrived out of the blue this morning with no communication from the delivery company.
The chair is great So all’s well that ends well but I feel that the supply chain could operate better. That said the telephone help staff were very helpful.
