Very easy website to use. Item was portrayed correctly and delivered quickly. Although it was packaged extremely well and arrived Undamaged, the courier refused to help me bring the large bookcase into my home. Fortunately, the outside of my bungalow is under cover, as it was pouring down, but I had to wait for my son- in- law to call, that evening and lift it indoors for me. Not a good service at all!
