This has to be in 2 parts. The service from Roseland furniture is excellent and both the quality and value of the product is superb.. but... They dispatched our furniture to XPD to deliver and they are quite hopeless. They sent a link to give delivery details and limited options to change dates. We were not going to be in. You can’t ring them, email them or message in any way other than a preset list of instructions. None of which were suitable. I tried their web chat. It was unavailable. To we assumed they’d just try to deliver and leave a card to reschedule. Nope, they just left a £200 tv unit, nicely packaged, in the rain, outside our front door , where anyone could just bundle it into a car or van. Luckily I arrived home to find it still there. Totally unacceptable. Roseland, find a better delivery partner!!!
