I have recently purchased x2 items of furniture. The first item delivered was perfect but the 2nd was damaged.
I contacted customer services who arranged to deliver a replacement & collect the damaged item, this was done in just a matter of days. I am so pleased with my furniture the service is excellent., highly recommended.
