I paid for a Cornish White wardrobe on 20th November 2020 when was informed of 3 weeks delivery waiting time which should have been by calculation: 10th December 2020. Because of the Covid situation I gave to the Roseland discretion and waited until 22 December when eventually phoned them and was told by a staff member that the wardrobe was to be delivered on 23rd December in the afternoon. For this reason I changed the entire Christmas plans of my whole family in order to make myself available for the delivery on 23 December. The delivery never happened. Today is 31st December and I am still waiting for the item to be delivered. Disappointing.
