The first time I purchased from roseland was a dream could not fault them, the product or the delivery at all,
The second time not so good as the item arrived damaged, the response from thereselves was great with 3 options (a) return and replace (b) part refund and keep the damaged item (c) return with a full refund.
My initial instinct was to have the item fully replaced but due to Christmas and new year this was going to take 2-3 weeks a time I didn't really want to wait with Jo chest of drawers. So made contact to try and find a better price on the part refund. This is where my trust and respect for roseland furniture disintegrates, Receiving an email telling me to use the minimal refund offer to buy wood glue and clamps and repair the £300 chest of drawers.
If I was a chippy I'd have made the drawers, I simply asked for a more realistic offer for the damage and was met with that.
I'd like to purchase from roseland again, however I feel my view of roseland as a company is somewhat ruined by this.
