Lovely quality oak bookcases and very well packaged for delivery. One of the two was initially out of stock, so we had a wait for both to be available to be delivered together, which was made clear in the order confirmation. There was however no email communication when the delay was longer than initially indicated at the time of ordering, but other than that we are very happy with our experience.
