Ordered a grey bedside table ready assembled. However when unpacked there were 2 bits of damage, one being a indentation in the frame showing the wood through the grey and the second where the grey paint was coming away from the wood. The other mark was on the back of the table where the obviously sprayed grey paint was not completely covered and it was patchy. I was also surprised to see that it was made in Vietnam and not British. I was immediately offered a full refund, a replacement or keep the item with a part refund. However I was totally disenchanted with the product so decided to buy from someone else. I would like to add that my daughter, unbeknown to me at the time, had bought her lounge furniture from Roseland and was ver very happy with it. Hers was normal wood not coloured. Maybe that made the difference.
