We purchased two triple wardrobes which arrived on time. One of the wardrobes didn’t fit together as the joints weren’t aligned properly and there was some damage on the second wardrobe. I contacted Roseland furniture and they gave me a choice of either exchange, refund or an amount to keep the wardrobes.
The refund was processed speedily and the matter resolved quickly. The customer service was excellent
