We ordered a mini sideboard which arrived on time but unfortunately was not up to standard. I phoned to complain and was told to send photos which I did. I was told I could have a replacement which would be sent out in a few days. No quibble replacement which arrived in a couple of days. The other one was collected and returned. The replacement wasexcellent and we were very pleased with it.
