The small bookcase we ordered is fine and the generous amount of packaging to protect it was more than adequate.
However this order took many months to complete and required a few direct attempts to get information, none was offered voluntarily. When eventually notified of despatch, we were told we would be contacted by the courier company for delivery date...again, nothing.
