Sadly the triple wardrobe we ordered was damaged which put us off ordering another, however we were offered a replacement or £40 refund, we chose not to accept. All said to date I cannot fault the customer service we received, no arguing and free collection arranged with a refund to be processed once the receive it (it was collected today) the delivery and collection service were excellent, we were kept informed and they arrived exactly as arranged. This experience will not stop me from ordering again from Roseland and I fully expect my refund to be as trouble free.
