A pre-purchase query was answered immediately (and on a Sunday) and follow-up during the delivery phase was very good. Despatch of the item was exceptionally prompt. We appreciate that, under lockdown conditions, delivery firms are facing challenges but the courier used was not good at keeping us up to date re the delayed delivery. Roseland itself, though, was excellent in following up. We would have no hesitation buying further furniture from Roseland.
