The furniture is fairly good quality and I like the fact that it is already assembled. Except for the triple wardrobe, it is more flat pack that they advertise. There aren't as many pre drilled holes as there should be. Thankfully we managed to put it together okay. My only complaint is that the customer service is appalling. Once I ordered my furniture I heard nothing from them. I had to get in touch with them. When they candidly said "oh we had a warehouse fire, we were going to tell you". The second time I phoned I was told that it was up to me to get updates on my furniture & not up to them to keep me updated. It took two months before I received my order.
