I have already submitted a online thank you for your service which you provided on my twin purchase but once again i was completely satisfied.My initial order was made online but at a later date i did have to make an enquiery about the order situation and i spoke to a lady called i believe was called Umi whom i found very helpfull .The delivery of the furniture to my sons address was communicated as notified so overall the purchase was first class.
