Boot storage bench costing £180. Delivered on schedule and very well packaged. Unfortunately the tip of one of the screws was protruding through the wooden top and this cut my finger during unpacking. Another problem is that one of the baskets is very tight fitting and needs force to push in each time. The company who supplied the item responded very quickly when I contacted them but were only able to offer two disappointing options. The first was to exchange the item but this would entail a 5 week wait. The second was to accept a refund of £30 which seemed a very low offer. A shame because in good condition I would describe this as a very good piece of furniture.
