I have used Roseland many times and purchased six pieces of furniture with no complaints. However, this time around it has been of very poor standard. I am now having to return this particular cabinet back, on the second occasion, due to it being badly damaged. Returning items is a lot of hassle and time consuming with emails flying back and forth and then having to hang on the telephone for some considerable time.
I will give them one more chance and have reordered it again. If it is damaged again I will ask for a full refund.
It's a shame, because they have been so efficient in the past and their furniture has been of high quality for the marketing price.
