The unit is really lovely but delivery not so good. The delivery driver refused to lift it into the house despite it raining torrentially and me telling him I wasn’t allowed to lift anything after just being discharged from hospital. My son helped me drag it in but there was oil all over the base from the van that marked the carpet. Fortunately the soaking wet package was sufficient enough to protect the unit
