The ordering and delivery of the matter i ordered was very good. But the mirror was at first not sitting properly in the side brackets, it did not tilt and it was not level on the frame.
A good neighbour noticed that one of the brackets on the frame was not tight enough to hold the mirror as it should. He had to tighten the clause of the bracket to make it ok. That is now acceptable but i am a widow living on my own and would otherwise have had no option but to return the item.
