Having purchased 2 chest of drawers in January, only 1 turned up. I was expecting the 2nd to arrive shortly after but had to email and ring. No one replied to the email and I waited 30mins for someone to answer. I was told they had delivered only 1 in error and that the 2nd would be sent out. This was in January. Over a week went by and the drawers hadn't arrived. I emailed and had no reply. I then rang early February and waited over 30mins again. I was told they were out of stock from 1st Feb...even though I'd rung through previously back in January, and they wouldn't be in stock until March. Had I have known I wouldn't have got 2 together I may not have ordered. The service has been poor, communication has been poor and I would not recommend or order from Roseland again. I don't understand how I was told the 2nd one was being delivered to then being out of stock. Not a great service at all
