I've bought a few items from Roseland before and been very happy with the quality, delivery and price. However, the most recent purchase arrived damaged (looked like impact damage from transit). A replacement was arranged and delivered a week after the original, with collection at the same time. The second item was also damaged (wood had split) and has had to be returned. The second item has been collected, but 2 weeks on from the first delivery we are still waiting for an undamaged item to be delivered. Roseland have dealt well with each incident, but are quite slow to respond. When an acceptable item does arrive, it looks like it will fit well and be a good addition to the room, but had to remove a star just for the hassle of this particular order.
