I ordered a Surrey oak telephone table which was delivered very quick and the packaging was remarkable. Unfortunately one of the baskets was damaged so I emailed customer services to complain they replied very quickly to apologise and asked if I would like a £20.00 refund or a replacement unit I would have preferred a replacement basket but this didn’t seem an option when I asked and was then offered £25.00 refund but I decided on a replacement as wasn’t sure if I could buy a basket to match. Roseland arranged for the damaged unit to be collected and a replacement to be delivered this was all done very efficiently and in a very quick turnaround. I Would definitely recommend buying from Roseland Furniture
