The bookcase we ordered arrived very well packaged. It is solid, looks lovely and has made a welcome addition to our home. My only niggle was that we had to chase for updates on our anticipated delivery from placing the order. Information was not forthcoming from Roseland in advance which was disappointing. We would, however, buy from them again due to the excellent quality of the furniture.
