I ordered the Hampshire telephone cupboard. When it arrived, despite being well packaged, there were several dents in the top and side and what looked like glue also on the wood in places. Also what looked like a couple of biro marks on the top. These dents were very visible so we contacted the company who offered a replacement, partial refund and keep the item or return the item for a full refund. We decided to go for the replacement as the marks were so visible. Sadly when the replacement item arrived this also had some visible dents in the wood which was very disappointing. We opted for the partial refund this time as the item fitted the space we had perfectly and we’d struggled to find any alternative. We were however very disappointed in the fact both items had dents and feel that the quality control of items being sent out is not good enough. The company were very quick at trying to resolve the situation but given that one item had arrived damaged we expected the replacement item would have been checked over to ensure it wasn’t damaged. We would be reluctant to order from this company again based on our experience.
