I ordered bedroom furniture back in November with delivery advised 4 weeks, 4 items I knew would not be delivered until February. There was a fire at the factory which I understood but there was no communication from Roseland to update the situation I had to chase a few times. My furniture finally arrived on January 8th, the furniture is excellent very well made and sturdy. That left 4 items to be delivered, unfortunately Roseland used XDP which are a complete joke, I had notification of delivery 17th February only 2 items turned up, on 18th February 1 item turned up and as of today I have not received the final item, I have range XDP and was on the phone for 1 hour with no answer, I have emailed them on 18th February with no reply. I am hoping I can contact the local office who will advise if not I will be ringing Roseland as all this furniture has been fully paid for.
