Furniture excellent. Customer service extremely poor that’s why my score is 3. You tried to make a duplicate delivery on 16 Feb, which we refused and delivery driver was going to return it. I gave you relevant details in the on line form as I tried to ring you on 2 different numbers and no one answered, I completed your on line form and sent it to you 16 Feb, today 23 Feb and still no response!!! I find it totally unacceptable that no apparent action has been taken with my communication to you .... and to generate an auto request for a review just rubs it in that as I customer I am not valued, as you can’t be bothered to deal with a query I raised a week ago today! Today’s date 23 Feb 2021.
