Appalling customer services!
Would not recommend this company at all.
I placed my order on the 3rd of Feb.
Delivery time of goods is longer than what is stated (taking into consideration of covid restrictions)
Absolutely no communication/update from Roseland. I have had to chase up every stage after placing my order for ETA of the order.
Phone lines are now not open and replys to email need chasing as they don't seem to reply. On rare occasions they've replayed to my emails asking for an update.
Frustrated with lack of communication, I requested a refund on the 10th of Feb only to receive a dispatch notification the very next day!
Am now waiting for goods to be returned by THEIR delivery services (even though I hadn't received anything) before they issue a refund.
I would have happily waited if I was kept informed and updated without having to chase them. Funnily they had no issues or delays in taking money for the goods. That seems to be working fine for them!
