A poor beginning and a poor end. I received an email informing me that all three items that I wished to order were in stock. Yet when I tried to order, the system told me that one item was still out of stock! Why tell customers that items are in stock when they they are not? This obviously caused a delay waiting for the third item to come back in stock. Poor. The items arrived within the designated time slot, and the packaging was absolutely fantastic. There was no way that these items could have been damaged in transit. When I unpacked one of the bedside tables it was obvious that two of the top edge strips were dark and one was light. I accept that natural wood comes in different shades, but surely the manufacturer could have used either three dark strips or three light strips. Roseland does not offer an exchange option. Poor.
