I can’t even give this one star. I order a unit and when it can it was cracked along one side , the drawer had a handle missing. I immediately contacted Roseland Furniture. Asked me for pictures , Why didn’t they believe me .?.it’s appalling service. They in fact then asked for more photos. Which we sent.
Still no reply this was almost 2 weeks ago,
I have a unit packaged up no idea what to do with it. I need a refund which is over £200 .
Do not use this company as the after service is the worst I have ever dealt with.
