Our order was processed quickly. The item was well packaged, though one handle was missing. Though the order arrived relatively quickly, I was also particularly disappointed in the delivery partner they chose. We were not informed the furniture would arrive until that same day (less than 2 hours before delivery - I wasn’t even at home). We had to put it in the garage as we had not yet created the space in the bedroom. The driver was annoyed that the furniture was heavy, despite the fact it says on the box it should be moved by 2 people. Yes, there is a pandemic, so things are different. If we had had more notice of delivery it could’ve been easier for everyone involved.
