Unfortunately the first cabinet arrived damaged despite the thorough packaging. Roseland collected the cabinet and offered a discount to keep it, full refund or replacement. You can’t say fairer than that. I opted for a replacement which arrived promptly. Love the product and very impressed by the customer service.
