The quality of the Oak furniture was very good, however the customer service is dreadful. We have purchased 4 items from them, three delivered as scheduled, however the latest order was a shambles. Wrong product delivered, in ordinate delays in receiving a response from Roseland due to the fact their Phone lines were down and you were only able to send emails; allowing up to 4 days (if you are lucky!) for a response. We are 70 and had to man handle, repackage and store the wrong item. Meantime a replacement arrived, but not before it had been sent to the entirely wrong address where we used to live (billing address only) which beggars belief because all other items have been delivered to the correct address. We now have a replacement, but the very large and heavy item remains in our garage and has not been uplifted. A very poor customer services. Even with the quality of the products, I would have to think long and hard about ordering from them again.
