Roseland furniture are the worst company I have ever had the bad luck to deal with.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a book case in February with the correct delivery address and on the confirmation email the delivery address was incorrect. I emailed instantly and tried to phone. Several days later, I had a rude email to say the address change could not have been their fault and that the delivery address can not be changed. I was then told they would have to wait for the courier company to deliver the bookcase back to them, cancel my order, send me a refund and then I could reorder. This was going to take approx 2 weeks.
What actually happened was, they delivered the bookcase to the wrong address and because no one was in they left it with the neighbours builders. Due to building work going on in this house, they were not able to take it in so I had to pay £50 for a man and a van to collect that night. THIS HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED.
Once opened, the bookcase was badly made, shelves are bowing and it does not stand up straight.
I opted for an exchange because I do like the bookcase.
The new bookcase is out for delivery today and again, WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE.
I have asked on several occasions for someone to call me to resolve this matter and all I get are mainly rude and very unhelpful emails and I imagine I will have to wait days for a response about the bookcase going to the wrong address for the second time.
