When I placed my order I got a prompt response. I was told the order had been dispatched but a week later there was no delivery and the track on XDP seemed to show it had not moved at all. After 10 days I wrote to Roseland Furniture but the response only told me what I already knew. Then XDP sent an email to tell me the furniture would be delivered that day. The XDP app showed no time slot or track on the driver. The furniture arrived at 3pm. I was disappointed to find when we unpacked it that a section along the top front measuring 25x4cm was not polished. Roseland have responded to my complaint with advice about polishing and a £25 refund or replacement which is satisfactory. I feel that there has been a level of frustration and hassle with this order and delivery which was quite unnecessary.
